Bowen Island Arts Council celebrates Write on Bowen, a writers festival July 10 to 12.
Explosive things are unfolding at The BI Historians summer exhibit displaying the history of the Western Explosives Factory. The Museum is located just up the hill from the ferry and is open from 10-4 daily. The historians have also just have just launched an amazing digital history of The Rock with 3030 images from yesteryear.
